Northwest Kidney Centers has added Elizabeth McNamara as vice president of patient care services and chief nursing officer. McNamara holds a master’s of nursing from the University of Washington.
Henry Schein Inc. has added Shira Goodman and Anne Margulies to its board of directors. They replace retiring director Donald J. Kabat and Lawrence S. Bacow, who left the company to become president of Harvard University.
4G Clinical has added Jan Pieter Kappelle as its vice president of strategy. Kappelle was most recently UCB senior director of global clinical supplies.

Riverchase Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery has added Marilyn Zabielinski. Zabielinski is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and practices pediatric and adult dermatology. She has a bachelor’s of science from Cornell University and a medical degree from the University of Miami.
BD has named John A. DeFord its executive vice president and CTO. DeFord has been senior vice president of research and development for the BD interventional segment, senior vice president for science, technology and clinical affairs at Bard, and was president and CEO of Cook Inc., now known as Cook Medical. DeFord has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering and a doctorate in electrical and biomedical engineering from Purdue.
Amorsa Therapeutics Inc. has added Jeffrey Wiesen to its board of directors. He holds a Yale University law degree and a bachelor’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Biostage Inc. has named Hong Yu its president. Yu holds a bachelor’s degree in biophysics from Peking University and a master’s degree in biostatistics from the University of Illinois.
Watercrest Senior Living Group has named Daniel Guanio executive director of its Sage Park Assisted Living and Memory Care in Kissimmee, Florida. Guanio has worked for 15 years in sales and marketing and another 10 as an executive director in assisted living facilities.
NICO Corporation has added Mark Rosenblum to its board of directors. Rosenblum is a neurosurgeon and chairman emeritus of the department of neurosurgery in the Henry Ford Health System (HFHS). He is also a founder and co-director of the Hermelin Brain Tumor Center and HFHS Neurosciences Institute.
CarePoint Health has named Natasha Deckmann its new CEO. Deckmann was most recently head of population health solutions at Optum Health, has been COO of its consumer solutions group, held senior leadership roles at Marsh Inc., and worked with the health care initiatives group at General Motors.
