New Jersey Hospital Association President and CEO Betsy Ryan is stepping down after nine years as head of the Princeton, New Jersey-based organization. Ryan was the first woman to head up the 300-member, 98-year-old trade group, and has served as its general counsel and COO. Ryan's resignation takes effect in July 2017.

Nexus BioPharma, Inc. of Montclair, New Jersey, named Helen Stefanovic its Director of Regulatory Affairs. Stefanovic has worked at Pfizer as Manager of Science Policy, Corporate Strategic Planning and Policy and at Bristol-Myers Squibb Canada as the Project Leader for Regulatory Affairs. She holds a masters of science in Microbiology & Immunology from the University of Ottawa.

Endo International plc of Dublin, Ireland, has promoted Paul V. Campanelli president of its Generic and OTC drugs business to company President and CEO. Campanelli will succeed Rajiv De Silva, who has stepped down as President, CEO and board member. Campanelli joined the company last year during its acquisition of Par Pharmaceutical, where he had served as CEO.

Kurt Bock, Chairman of the Executive Board of BASF SE, has been chosen to head the German Chemical Industry Association (VCI) for the next two years. Bock has been a member of the VCI executive council and board for five years. VCI also named Bayer Chairman Werner BaumannHenkel AG & Co. Chairman Hans Van Bylen, and Evonik Chairman Klaus Engel its vice-presidents for the next two years.

Truveris of New York, New York has named Faisal Mushtaq its CEO. Mushtaq joined the company from Allscripts, where he was senior vice president and general manager for payer life sciences. Mushtaq’s career includes executive leadership roles at Misys, which was acquired by Allscripts in 2008.
