Miller Children's & Women's Hospital of Long Beach, California has named pediatric cardiologist Linda Pauliks as medical director of pediatric and congenital cardiac imaging. Pauliks completed her medical degree at the Free University of Berlin, her pediatric residency at the University of Maryland, her fellowship at Cornell-Columbia Pediatric Cardiology, and has a master's degree from the Harvard School of Public Health. She has additional fellowship training in non-invasive imaging from the German Heart Institute in Berlin and Great Ormond Street Hospital in London.

The Washington, D.C.-based National Association for Proton Therapy has named Scott Warwick its executive director. Warwick has spent more than 20 years working in comprehensive cancer, radiation oncology, and proton therapy operations. Most recently, he was VP of Strategic Initiatives and Program Development at Provision Healthcare and VP of Clinical Operations at the Provision Proton Therapy Center, both in Knoxville, Tennessee.

UMMA Community Clinic of Los Angeles, California has named Cesar Barba its Chief Medical Officer. Barba has been practicing family medicine at UMMA since 2011, and his experience includes a research fellowship on childhood malaria in Ghana through the GE-NMF Global Health Fellows Program.

The American Academy of Family Physicians of San Antonio, Texas, has named Michael L. Munger its latest president. Munger had previously served three years as an AAFP board director and one year as its president-elect. A practicing family physician of 30 years, Munger is VP of medical affairs at Saint Luke's Physicians Group in Overland Park.

SOTERIA Precision Medicine Advisory of San Diego, California has named Ashley Brenton its VP of Translational Medicine. Brenton has spent years in the biotechnology sector and also studying the application of genomics to public health issues. She has a doctorate at UC Davis, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Scripps Research Institute.

Authentidate Holding Corporation of Gainesville, Georgia has named Michael J. Poelking its CFO and treasurer. Most recently, Poelking was senior director of finance for Aeon Global Health; he has been the CFO of Amendia, Inc. and formerly director of corporate accounting and reporting for Wilson Sporting Goods Company. Poelking has an MBA and BBA in accounting from Loyola University Chicago.

Bracket of Wayne, Pennsylvania has named Sam Whitaker its Chief Technology Officer. Whitaker is the co-founder and former CEO of Greenphire, a payment technology for the clinical trial industry.

Cota of New York, New York has added Andrew Norden as its new Chief Medical Officer. Norden most recently was Deputy Chief Health Officer and lead physician for oncology and genomics at IBM Watson Health. He has also worked for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and was a physician leader in its community network. Norden replaces Stuart Goldberg, who will become Cota’s Chief Scientific Officer.

Millstone Medical Outsourcing of Fall River, Massachusetts has promoted COO Karl Neuberger to CEO. Neuberger was formerly VP of Operations of its Olive Branch, Mississippi loaner kit and distribution facility. He has a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration.

PhyMed Healthcare Group has named Marty Bonick its new CEO. Bonick joins PhyMed from Community Health Systems, where he was president of division operations. He has also been CEO of Jewish Hospital and SVP of Operations for Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's Healthcare in Louisville, Kentucky; CEO of Oklahoma State University Medical Center; and VP of Operations for Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Bonick is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and has master's degrees in Health Care Administration and Information Management from Washington University in St. Louis.

The Kaiser Permanente School of Pasadena, California has named Mark A. Schuster the founding dean and CEO of its School of Medicine. For the past 10 years, Schuster has been the William Berenberg Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School, chief of general pediatrics, and vice chair for health policy in the Department of Medicine at Boston Children's Hospital. He leads the Center of Excellence for Pediatric Quality Measurement.

Cernostics of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania has named Lisa Bichsel its VP of Marketing. Formerly VP of Marketing for C2 Therapeutics and Commercial Marketing Director for BARRX Medical, Bichsel has worked in health care marketing for 35 years.

AMRI of Albany, New York has added SVP of global operations Stephen Leonard. Formerly of Catalent, Leonard has been GM of global operations for GE Healthcare's Medical Diagnostics business and holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Drexel University.
