The Scottsdale, Arizona-based Healthcare Trust of America Inc. has added Roberta B. Bowman and Vicki U. Booth to its board of directors. Bowman retired from Duke Energy in 2012 as senior vice president and chief sustainability officer; she currently serves on the board of trustees of Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina and operates her own consultancy, Bowman Strategic Advisors. Booth is president of the Ueberroth Family Foundation, a director for Hoag Hospital, member of the Texas Christian University (TCU) Chancellor's Advisory Council, and the Family Foundation Alliance.

Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory (CSHL) of Cold Spring Harbor, New York added Bruce Ratner and Stuart Weisbrod to its board of trustees. Ratner chairs real estate developer Forest City New York, which he founded; Weisbrod is the chief investment officer of Iguana Healthcare Partners, a public equity health care investment fund he founded. Ratner serves on the boards of Weill Cornell Medical College, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer; he also is the chairman of the Museum of Jewish Heritage.

Astellas Pharma Inc. of Northbrook, Illinois promoted senior vice president of international operations Percival Barretto-Ko to president of Americas Operations. Barretto-Ko has been with Astellas since 2005 as Astellas Pharma Europe's head of corporate strategy organization.

Citra Health Solutions of Jacksonville, Florida has named Scott Sanner its CEO. Sanner joins the company from Change Healthcare; he has previously been senior vice president and general manager of technology services at MED3000 Inc., and began his career at Misys Healthcare.

Oxford Treatment Center of Oxford, Mississippi has added Mark Sawyer as its CEO, replacing founding CEO Billy Young. Sawyer was most recently CEO of Acadia Healthcare's Twelve Oaks Recovery Center in Navarre, Florida.

The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN) of Manhattan Beach, California, named Sudheer Doss its chief data officer. Doss spent a decade at Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) and served as director of its precision medicine practice.

Astellas of Northbrook, Illinois promoted Roderick Christmon to executive director of medical and development, Matt Silversten to vice president of legal head of litigation and investigations, and Brian Taylor to vice president, legal head of business development/alliance management.

Bruker of Billerica, Massachusetts named Gerald N. Herman its interim CFO and principal accounting officer. Herman was previously its vice president and corporate controller. Prior to joining Bruker, Herman was corporate vice president-clinical operations of PAREXEL International.

Aviation West Charters of Scottsdale, Arizona has added Jim Adams to the board of directors of Angel MedFlight Worldwide Air Ambulance. Adams was CEO of REACH Air Medical Services from 2001 to 2012 and is a registered nurse.

Center Point Clinical Services of Fargo, North Dakota named company founder and board chairman Gerald E. Finken its CEO. Finken has 30-plus years of clinical research experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries; he also founded a clinical supplies service company, has been an independent consultant, and has held key managerial positions at Bristol-Meyers Squibb.

Beacon Health Options of Boston, Massachuestts has named Dan Sheehan its executive vice president and CIO. Sheehan joins Beacon from DentaQuest, where he was CIO; previously, he was with Actuate Partners.

MediSpend of Portsmouth, New Hampshire has named Jim Despelteau its chief technology officer. A 30-year veteran of the tech industry with more than 30 years of experience, Despelteau worked with Verisk Health and Qcentive, LLC.

Beyond Limits of Glendale, California has made Kevin Taylor its vice president for business development of health care. Taylor previously managed Cardinal Health's medical products portfolio, has been principal of The Incubation Factory's Fund II, and led sales and marketing for Battelle's Medical Device Solutions business.

Riata Capital Group of Dallas, Texas has added Eric Anderson as CEO of its Acuity Eyecare Group. Anderson was most recently executive vice president at Fossil Group, and has been president and general manager of LensCrafters North America.

Cogmedix of Worcester, Massachusetts added David Fraser as senior vice president of operations. Fraser joined the company from EMC.

Delta Point of Malvern, Pennsylvania has added Matt Murphy to replace CEO-founder Jerry Acuff as its president. Murphy joined the company from AstraZeneca in June 2011.

Sight Sciences, Inc. of Menlo Park, California added Jesse Selnick as chief financial officer. Selnick was most recently chief financial officer and a director at Electric Lightwave.
