OneSight of Cincinnati, Ohio, named Katherine Overbey as president and executive director. Overbey joins OneSight from Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where she was the assistant VP of program development and innovation and executive director of its Learning Network Program. Prior to that, she worked in marketing at Procter & Gamble for 15 years.

The Los Angeles, California-based American Red Cross Los Angeles Region named Scott J. Olmsted chair of its board of directors. Olmsted is SVP and Group Head for the Bank of America Merrill Lynch technology, media and entertainment group. He has been a board member at the American Red Cross Los Angeles since 2012, and was previously its vice-chair. He succeeds Andrea Davis, director of global crisis management and business continuity at The Walt Disney Company.

Cold Chain Technologies of Franklin, Massachusetts has named Rose Callahan its VP of quality assurance and regulatory affairs. Callahan joined CCT in June 2007, and has been quality manager, operations manager and, most recently, director of quality assurance and regulatory affairs.
